Refund Policy

At The Ultimate Luxury Driver Experience LLC (“Tulde”), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every ride meets the highest standards of luxury, comfort, and professionalism.

1. Payment Timing

Tulde LLC typically collects payment only after services have been rendered. Because we do not charge in advance, refund requests are rarely applicable.

2. Service Concerns

If a client is dissatisfied with a completed service, we encourage contacting our team within 7 days of the ride to discuss the concern. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether a partial or full refund is appropriate.

3. No-Show or Late Cancellations

If a client schedules a ride and does not show up, or cancels after the driver has already been dispatched, the client may be responsible for driver standby or travel time fees. These fees will be clearly communicated before payment is processed.

4. Company Cancellations

If Tulde LLC must cancel a scheduled service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle issues, emergencies, or weather conditions), no payment will be collected, or any pre-approved payment authorization will be immediately voided.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.
